Connectional Discipleship Team

 

 

The Connectional Discipleship Team (CDT) includes the chairpersons of our committees and ministries, our pastor, our lay member and youth representative to the Annual Conference, our financial secretary, and our recording secretary. These leadership positions vote on necessary issues that come before this body. We meet on the 4^th Mondays, at 7 PM. Any interested persons are invited to attend our monthly meetings.

 

As our committees and ministries plan the programs and activities for the coming year, it is important that we combine our resources and ideas as we work together to build the Kingdom of God. Also, it is important that we share and celebrate the “good news” coming from these programs and activities in our monthly meetings and with the congregation through our Church newsletter. Working together, in a spirit of love, we will deepen our relationships with each other and God and introduce the power, grace and mercy of Jesus to others.

 

I thank the Lord for the devotion of our leadership to Asbury and know that He will continue to bless Asbury as we continue to glorify Him.
